Centre Manager
Our Centre Manger is Mrs Anna MacLean. she is also our child Protectoin Lead and lead for First Aid.
Our aims and objectives
Melville-Knox Highland is a Christian charity, which was incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee (a non-profit company structure) on 11 July 2023.
We are a registered Scottish charity (OSCR No. SC052910) with the stated purposes of the advancement of education and the advancement of religion, and with children and young people as our principal beneficiaries.
The aims of the Melville-Knox Highland Christian Centre are to be:
• A place of Christian hope, support, and personal growth for people of all faiths and none;
• A Christian Centre that serves the community through religious, educational, social, and recreational activities;
• A Christian educational facility;
• A conference venue; and
• A venue supporting families of young people from birth to 18 years.
Focus on education
One of our key charitable activities is running a small school, which charges fees in line with Child Benefit, so that is is affordable by everyone. If you want more details about the school please check out our Facebook page.
Pre-school
We are starting a parent and toddler group for anyone interested. If you have a child under 3 years and you would like to be involved in the group, please send an email to highland@melville-knox.org.uk and we will give you more details.
Recitals
We have a beautiful organ in the building and plan to have public musical recital events which will be open to the public.
Hiring the auditorium
If you are a local charity, or community group, and are interested in hiring part of the building for an event please email for details of the terms and conditions required.
Prayer
We hold regular prayer meetings each month, praying for the work that we do and for the community around us. You are very welcome to joint us at 19:30 hrs on the last Tuesday of the month.
